Glow in the Dark Powder Coating Pigment (1 kg pack)

Glow in the Dark Hot Powder Coating Spray Pigment. Suitable for metal, aluminum or tin plates. Not suitable for non metal surfaces. Suitable for outdoor usage.

When spraying, we suggest spraying a white layer as a background, to improve the glow effects.

We recommend using the hot spray technic.
a) Warm-up metal plate for 20-30min under 180—200℃ before spraying.
b) Particle Size is between 50-80 microns.
c)Coating Thickness 200µm
d) Hardening time is:
i) 15 minutes at 200℃
ii) 30 minutes at 180℃
