UV Light Fluorescent Powder. Glows brightly under UV Black Light. Appears in different colours under regular light. Expose it to UV light and it will start to glow in its respective colours, brightly. Can be used to create art or UV body paint which is commonly used in clubs. Also good for UV fluorescent powder fingerprints. These are solvent based soluble pigments. So they can only be mixed with oil based carriers.
UV Light Reactive Fluorescent Powder works only when exposed to an Ultra Violet Black Light source.
Appears in normal colors under normal light. Under a UV light, it fluorescence brightly.
Effects are visible as long as the UV light is on. Works better in dark places but can also work in semi-bright places like clubs or studios.
