Yes. A suitable epoxy floor paint or epoxy coating can incorporate Glow Powder to produce a photoluminescent finish. The final glow depends on the Glow Powder concentration, epoxy transparency, coating thickness and available charging light.

For the strongest visible glow, a clear or suitably translucent epoxy system is generally preferable to a heavily pigmented or opaque coating.
