Can Glow Powder be mixed directly into concrete?

For normal on-site concrete, Glow Powder should not simply be mixed into wet concrete. Once buried inside the concrete, much of the pigment will not receive enough light to produce an effective glow.

A better approach is to allow the concrete to cure and then apply a surface coating containing Glow Powder, or use Glow Paint or Glow Stones as a decorative finish.
