What materials can Glow Masterbatch be mixed with?
Glow Masterbatch is suitable for ABS, PE, PP, PVC, TPU, PC, and other compatible thermoplastics. Just make sure the pellets are clear or transparent or it would not work.
What is the recommended addition ratio for Plastic Masterbatch?
Typically 20% Higher loading may be used if stronger glow performance is required. 20% mixing ratio means mixing 20% glow pellets with 80% clear pellets. It can be used in EVA, PU, PP, PVC, PE, POM, etc.
Can I add Glow Masterbatch Pellets with colored plastics?
Yes, but lighter or Transparent colors provide better glow performance. Dark pigments can reduce brightness significantly. If light can pass through the plastic, it can work.
